CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- PARTS AND WARRANTY

We are currently looking for a Full -Time CUSTOMER SERVICE

REPRESENTATIVE- PARTS AND WARRANTY to work out of our Pride Marine

Group – Orillia location, located just on the outskirts of the beautiful Orillia. Our

dry land facility boasts the largest temperature-controlled showroom in the

province, with boats on display from 19 to 65. Our service and customer support

is outstanding, as evidenced by our certification as a Brunswick 5-star Master

Dealer, which is a certification program awarded only to dealers around the world

who achieve the highest standards in operational excellence and customer

enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure parts are ordered in appropriate time lines

● Deal with OEM’S for warranty

● Generate revenue by promoting retail and wholesale sales

● Provide excellent service for both retail and internal customers

● Communication with service team and customers

● Maintain inventory levels according to seasonal trends

● Process parts orders:IE order/receive and allocate

● Source all parts required for the service department

● Assist with scheduling of customer repair orders

● Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication

● Refer potential sales leads to Location Manager

● Achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) target

● Work as a team with all Crewmembers

● Commitment to personal development

● Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures

● Other duties as assigned

Experience & Education Required

● 2 to 4 years customer service related experience in an automotive or

marine industry

● Possess job-related skills, i.e., sales, business, logistics and scheduling or

dispatch

● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

● Basic understanding of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and

division)

● Excellent computer skills

Job Requirements

● Able to work irregular hours including weekends during peak periods

● Sitting for long periods of time
